What can I say about the
Piebald Royal Python that you don’t already know?
This is probably the most striking and well recognised
of the royal python mutations. They are normal coloured
animals whose colour and pattern are broken by areas
of pure white. The amount of white is completely random
and can cover from 5% to 95% of the animal’s body,
regardless of the parents’ appearance.
Since Peter Kahl proved this
mutation simple recessive in 1999, it has become a favourite
amongst breeders and collectors alike.
Consider the possibilities
this mutation brings to the royal python market, I cant
think of a mutation that should not be combined with
the piebald
Here at db Reptiles
we are working with a group of beautiful unrelated animals
direct from Peter Kahl.
